1. Service-Based Nature

Due to the custom nature of software, web, and game development projects, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced. Each project involves significant time and resources tailored specifically to client needs.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancellation occurs before any development or design work has started.
Project Delays: If ByteAxis is unable to start the project within 15 business days after agreed timelines, a full or partial refund may be offered upon client request.
Failure to Deliver: In cases where ByteAxis fails to deliver agreed deliverables, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Change of mind after project commencement
Client unresponsiveness or failure to provide required inputs
Delays caused by third parties or client-side issues
Completed services or delivered products

4. Payment Disputes
